This role is perfect for individuals looking to build a solid foundation in IT support while gaining experience in a fast-paced MSP environment.1st Line IT Service Desk EngineerStockton-on-Tees (Fully Onsite)£25,000 - £28,000Main Duties:Provide 1st line technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems.Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, escalating more complex issues when necessary.Monitor and manage client systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.Assist with setting up new equipment for users, including laptops, desktops, and printers.Maintain accurate records of client interactions and problem resolutions.Tech Requirements:Experience with Windows desktop operating systems.Familiarity with Office 365.Basic understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).Experience using ticketing systems.Knowledge of Active Directory (user management, password resets).
