A 1st / 2nd Line Support Consultant with 1 year experience is needed to join our team at Classroom365, a leading MSP for schools ICT support, based in London and surrounding areas, including Essex, on a full-time basis.
The role is a 12-month rolling contract; many consultants have been with us for over 10 years.
With over 25 years of experience providing ICT support to London schools, the British Council and LEAs, we have a wealth of knowledge and experience in the education sector.

You will develop your skills and add valuable Google, Microsoft, Apple, Cloud technologies and Cyber security experience and certifications to your portfolio and skillset.
About Us We are a leading managed IT services provider exclusively supporting the education sector.
We provide a comprehensive range of IT and allied IT services to the education sector across London and the Home Counties.
Our SLAs include full network infrastructure support, AV installations and maintenance, IT suite refurbishments, remote backup services, Cloud Hybrid on-premises solutions, and consultancy on new school builds.
We pride ourselves on our extensive knowledge and provide support to LEAs and advisors, front and back-office operations, school network managers and ICT coordinators, and the school community.
Key Responsibilities: The role involves providing on-site technical support and advice to our clients at multiple sites Advising clients on the potential for school infrastructure project work based on our SLA in Schools We currently support schools in the following boroughs: Greenwich, Southwark, Wandsworth, Lambeth, Croydon, Lewisham, Tower Hamlets, Hackney, Brent and parts of Essex, so travel to some client sites within these areas may be required Desirable Skills: 1yrs 1st/2nd Line IT support experience and have the ability to work diversely Experience working in the Educational Sector Strong customer service skills Strong desktop support skills Well-mannered and presentable Experience in Office 365, including Microsoft Teams and Sharepoint Office 365 Migration and working experience Any experience or knowledge of Microsoft Azure Experience in Microsoft Entra (Intune) Google Workspace for Education Wireless Networking (Wi-Fi, WLAN) and configuration of Wi-Fi networks Windows 2016, 2019,2022 Active Directory and Group Policy experience desirable Windows 10, Windows 11 Desktop support experience Mobile Device Management (MDM) iPads, Google Chromebooks, Windows devices Apple device management experience is desirable Workstation deployment WDS, MDT, or any other deployment experience in a large network Networking knowledge - switching, domain environment, complex troubleshooting Experience working with Server Infrastructure Hyper-V, VMware Strong team player Successful candidates must pass an Enhanced DBS check and be eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship.
