193694 Medical Receptionist Pca

Sighthill Red Medical Practice is looking to recruit a part time medical receptionist to cover our busy reception desk Monday to Friday 2pm – 6pm.
Flexibility would also be required to assist with staff absences/holidays as necessary.
The position is 20hrs per week within the salary scale of £23362-£25368 pro-rata for part time hours; placement within the scale will be dependent on experience.
The role requires excellent customer service and IT skills as well as a pleasant telephone manner.
A good team player with typing skills and experience in a medical practice setting is preferred.
Training would be given to the right candidate.
The practice IT systems used are Vision, Docman, SCI Store, SCI Gateway, Word and Excel.
We are a small friendly team based within Sighthill Health Centre looking after approximately 4000 patients.
