Our client is seeking a Senior Game Engineer to join them, this role will involve the leadership of a small team of engineers as well as working on low-level game engine development.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Natural Sciences, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field (equivalent industrial experience may be considered).
- Strong proficiency in modern C++.
- Proven experience in low-level development and optimization of commercial game engines.
- Strong practical knowledge of game engine technologies and pipelines, including graphics, physics, and collision systems.
Responsibilities: - Provide technical leadership and guidance to a small team of engineers.
- Manage and oversee the entire development cycle of research projects.
- Develop and propose innovative ideas that offer measurable benefits to advance the mobile gaming industry.
- Drive the optimization of AAA mobile games and game engine performance.
- Lead the creation of plugins, Android Framework APIs, and demos to enhance game performance.
