- We're looking for a dynamic Revenue Growth Manager to join our high-performing, passionate team.
Role: - As a Revenue Growth Manager, you will partner with the Global RGM Director to create impactful tools that drive strategic goals and ensure data-driven decisions.
- Analyse data and craft reports and dashboards using Power BI, transforming insights into actionable strategies.
- Lead reviews of pricing, promotions, and trade investments, presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
- Utilise analytics, case studies, and scenario modelling to influence strategic decisions and track performance.
- Identify and address performance gaps, collaborating across sales, marketing, strategy, insights, and finance teams.
- Contribute to a global centre of excellence and support key initiatives in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
Ideal Candidate: - Degree in Economics, Maths, Finance, or Science is preferred.
- At least 4 years of experience in Finance, Strategy, RGM, or Analytics, ideally within consumer goods.
- Skilled in data analysis with the ability to draw actionable insights.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, Excel, and PowerBI.
- Strong collaboration, influence, and leadership skills across organisational boundaries.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and involvement in previous roles.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities with a drive for success.
