Mechanical Design Engineer We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join a company that work within the aerospace sector.
You will be working on exciting projects within microwave and RF subsystems for space applications, contributing to cutting-edge designs and innovations in the aerospace industry.
Key Responsibilities as the Mechanical Design Engineer: - Create detailed 3D models and drawings using SolidWorks.
- Manage and control engineering drawings.
- Handle engineering change management through the ECN procedures.
- Review and assess mechanical properties of parts.
Required Experience for this Mechanical Design Engineer: - Degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering.
- Expertise in 2D and 3D modelling using SolidWorks.
- Proficiency in 3D thermal and stress analysis.
- Experience of designing sub-systems for the telecoms, defence or aerospace industries.
