121 SEN TA Role: As a 121 SEN TA you should be able to provide one-on-one sessions with special needs kids.Assist with classroom management and create a positive and safe classroom atmosphere.As a SEN TA, you should encourage student participation and engagement in classroom activities.Help maintain a clean and organised learning environment.Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns.121 SEN TA Requirements: Previous experience working with young children, especially in an educational setting, is an advantage.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.Willingness to collaborate with teachers and support staff.A commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.Why Step Teachers?
