Our ideal candidate is someone who will understand the relational and therapeutic approach we take in supporting our students, always remaining professionally curious and knowing that behaviour is communication.
You will also understand the need for our students to learn practically with manipulatives, taking the time to build students confidence in Maths.

Qualifications Required Degree PGC BEd About us School for Inspiring Talents (SfIT) is an independent day school, supporting the most vulnerable young people in society aged 5-16; those pupils who do not find it easy to fit into existing educational provision.
