This leading private equity firm in Mayfair is looking for an exceptional PA to support 2 partners and 2 directors for a 1-year maternity contract.
This company is renowned for looking after their support staff and they have the most spectacular offices with an onsite private gym with personal trainers, stunning changing facilities, and a stylish coffee bar.
The role is to support a lovely team but they are super busy so it is incredibly fast paced and requires an experienced and very talented PA with financial or professional services experience;Key responsibilities include:Intrinsic and concise diary managementHeavy travel logistics - domestic and internationalNurture relationships with portfolio companies (PA's and Senior Exec Team's alike)Orchestrating site visits with existing or perspective portfolio companiesLiaising with third party expert networksSupporting all administrative needs and correspondencePotential for event managementTimely management of team expenses using ConcurMaintaining a concise contacts database for imperative networking and relationship buildingPreparing documents for meetings, VC's and boards etc Requirements for the role:Managing ever changing, complex diaries, planning strategically and prioritising where necessaryThey should have natural gravitas and meticulous attention to detail, be able to work to tight deadlines often under pressure and be real team player working well with other Assistants as the team is incredibly collaborative and everyone takes huge pride in the work that they doExcellent knowledge of MS office software including document formattingExperienced and confident with arranging international travelExcellent communication skills and telephone mannerPro-active, self-starterFriendly and warm, quietly efficient & confidentIdeally graduate level or equivalentThe ideal candidate will have experience supporting a number of people at a senior level.
The role is based 5 days in their West End office and along with the competitive base salary they reward hard work with very generous bonuses that are definitely up there at the top end of the market.
