There has been an increase of young people who are unable to attend and access school because of a variety of reasons, such as SEN needs, SEMH, Autism, ADHD, Learning Difficulties and Lower Learning Levels.
Here at TP, we work with local authorities across the country to provide high-impact, 1:1 tuition for these young people!
You'll have the opportunity to choose your own schedule; accepting as much or as little work as you like.
With a lighter workload with less paperwork, tuition gives you that invaluable time back where you can spend time with you family or take up that hobby you've always wanted to try but never had the time too!
We are looking for Maths and English 1:1 tutors in Milton Keynes and surrounding areas, to support all ages from Primary level to GCSE.
We have immediate start referrals to offer, or we can work around your availability!
This tutor role involves: Working with primary or secondary children who may have SEN/ SEMH needs or looked after (LAC).
Providing educational sessions face to face with children at their homes or a public space e.g.
library, community centre, etc.
Planning resources around the child's needs, developing their knowledge in core subjects such as Maths, English and Science.
You will need to: Have QTS or be a Higher Level Teaching Assistant or SEN/ SEMH experience! Be highly engaging and able to build effective working relationships with children Manage and implement a range of behaviour strategies Benefits of working with Teaching Personnel: We are a national company so you will have access to an increased volume of tuition work.
Once registered you will have a dedicated consultant who will explain how tuition works and how your journey will look with TP tutors.
Face to face and online tuition options available to suit your availability with tuition available during the school day or after school.
Referrals to support primary, secondary and post 16 aged students with subject specific areas.
Children may be in a mainstream setting, special educational needs or alternate provision setting or without a school place and fall under the local authority awaiting a suitable school place.
Bespoke online reporting platform- 24/7 access to enable you to log immediate attendance details, feedback and assessments.
Online classroom platform- to enable you to deliver online tuition to students in a virtual environment.
This platform offers all the tools you will require to deliver online tuition and is recorded for safeguarding purposes and for revision purposes.
Hourly rate of £25- £30 which is paid weekly Access to free safeguarding and CPD courses as well as free access to assessment tools and resources.
All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
