Experience with Social, Emotional and Mental Health and Special Education Needs range from ASD, ADHD, Behavioural needs, Learning difficulties such as Dyslexia etc.

Responsibilities Preparation of resources and activities for 1:1 supportCollaborate with classroom teachers to organise appropriate activities and provide feedback on pupil progressBe fundamental part of the cognitive and emotional support of children with SEMH needsLiaise with various staff including Teachers, TA's, specialist support staffReview and support EHCP's or care planWork closely with other LSA's and support staffWorking with classes, small groups and with children on a 1:1 basisMonitor and track the development of pupils, supporting their personal development and confidence.
