Spencer Clarke Group is seeking a dedicated KS2 Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a child with challenging behavior.
This is a full-time role in a supportive school environment.
Responsibilities: Work 1:1 with a child in KS2, supporting them through the curriculum and managing challenging behavior.
Assist the child with emotional and social development, promoting positive behavior.
Support the class teacher with planning and delivery of lessons.
Help create a safe and engaging learning environment tailored to the child's needs.
Requirements: Relevant qualification in Teaching Assistance or Childcare (Level 2 or equivalent).
Experience working with the KS2 curriculum.
Strong communication, patience, and behavior management skills.
SEN experience is highly desirable.
