Aspire People are looking to recruit a teaching assistant for a Year 3 student with Autism and lower level ability.
We are seeking an experienced teaching assistant who can encourage, motivate, and support children within the classroom so that they can access the curriculum with ease and bridge the present gap.
The school in Birmingham has recently received funding and is looking for a talented SEND TA to work full time for the rest of the school year.
The child you will be supporting may have behavioral difficulties and demonstrate lower level disruption, so we need a TA who can engage with the children and keep them on task.
