We are working with a Primary school in Warrington to recruit a TA to work full time to support a reception pupil on a 1-1 basis.
The ideal candidate will have experience of supporting students with a personalised curriculum and will be able to build a relationship and help the student overcome any obstacles and barriers to learning.
SEND experience is required, this can be a challenging role but also very rewarding.
The pupil is a loving individual but finds it difficult to form relationships with other children and struggles with routine.
The role requires a dedicated individual who can help the child overcome these barriers and help them settle into school life and routine, this role will also includ personal care The role will begin ASAP, but you will be provided with an opportunity to look around school and meet with the child before making the commitment.
The working hours will be 830-330pm Monday to Friday, pay rates are subject to experience and qualification.
The length of assignment will be subject to funding, but they are currently looking at keeping support in place until July 2025.

Your responsibilities will include: Providing personalised 1:1 support to students, tailoring your approach to their unique needs.
Facilitating engaging and interactive learning experiences for the pupil you are supporting.
Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and parents to create a holistic and effective support system.
Qualifications and Requirements: Previous experience working with students with SEN or working 1:1.
A genuine passion for providing learning support.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude.
Hold a Teaching Assistant Level 2 or equivalent qualification.
or previous experience with children/ SEN background.
GCSE Maths and English grade 4 or above/ or functional skills level 2.
