Business Development Manager Remote – UK £55-70k Commission Elevation Recruitment Group are excited to be working with a forward- thinking SaaS company operating in the eLearning / Learning Management Solutions (LMS) sector to recruit a Business Development Manager.

About the Role As a Business Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving new business growth.
Your mission will be to identify opportunities, build strong relationships, and position the organisation as the go-to provider for tailored training solutions.
Working closely with the sales and marketing teams, you'll craft and implement strategies that attract clients, expand reach, and secure lasting partnerships.

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet ambitious targets.
Stay ahead of trends, analyse competitors, and spot market gaps.
Understand client challenges and present the ideal solution.
Prepare persuasive presentations that showcase our expertise.
Partner with marketing to design impactful lead-generation initiatives.
Track progress, report on goals, and ensure CRM systems are up to date.
Gather market feedback to enhance sales strategies and offerings.
What We're Looking For Proven success selling Software as a Service (SaaS).
Strong sales methodology training i.e.
Meddic Experience within B2B sales, ideally in HR, training or eLearning/ LMS.
Experience developing and executing sales strategies.
A proactive, results-driven mindset with a knack for building strong client relationships.
Market knowledge and proficiency in CRM systems.
Resilience, adaptability, and excellent time management.
