An exciting opportunity has arisen with our client, for a data driven Sales Director in Cardiff – for a cutting edge and innovative technology company.
DESCRIPTION: You will take full responsibility for executing the company sales plan and meeting revenue targets across the range of company products.
Duties will include: - Drive revenue growth by planning, forecasting, and executing strategies to secure new business and customer sales, focusing on acquiring net-new clients.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve results.
- Create a high-performance culture, motivating and engaging team members to enhance overall performance.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sales and make data-driven decisions.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and effective use of resources to maximise opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure long-term business success.
- Analyse competitive offerings and market needs to develop strategies for success and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Create and present detailed sales forecasts and reporting to the executive team.
REQUIREMENTS: - At least 5 years of sales management experience (managing a sales team).
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high growth company where change is a constant.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire sales professionals at all levels.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive and creative leader, with a mature but forward-thinking approach to problems.
- A sales management or data led operations background where you have had to analyse data to drive growth.
PACKAGE: - A very competitive salary of around £80,000 - £95,000 per annum (negotiable depending on depth of experience).
