Youth Worker needed in Lancaster!
Calling all passionate and dedicated individuals!
Join our vibrant secondary school community as a Youth Worker and make a meaningful impact on the lives of young people.
We're hiring for  a full-time position in Lancaster starting in November 2024  until the end of the academic year.
We believe in empowering students to unlock their full potential and become confident, well-rounded individuals.

As a Youth Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our students' development and building strong connections within our school community.
As a dedicated Youth Worker, you will have the privilege of working closely with students aged 11-16 to inspire, guide, and support their personal, social, and emotional development.
  Your responsibilities will include: Organising and delivering engaging activities that promote positive youth development.
Providing mentoring and pastoral support to individual students or small groups.
Creating a safe and inclusive environment that fosters a sense of belonging.
To thrive in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess the following attributes: A genuine passion for supporting and empowering students to reach their full potential.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with young people.
Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
