Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns to project management.
Provide guidance to clients or service partners on integration strategies.Manage the integration deliverables associated with implementation projects.
Facilitate troubleshooting and communication with other internal team members.
Manage small teams on multiple projects simultaneously and mentor/coach the teams on Integration best practices.
Engage where appropriate in the sales cycle to help scope integration projects.
Serve as primary technical contact during client implementations for existing and new clients.
Create detailed system interface specifications, field mapping, and system process designs.
Develop and execute test plans, manage scenario testing and validation of file solutions.
Manage the setup, analysis, validation and integration of partner data exchanges.Coordinate cross functional implementation tasks.

Often your team will be a mix of on-site and remote based members who will connect using IM, video calls and an online ticketing system.
Good communication skills and time management is essential for this role.What skills are we looking for?Our roles are remotely based (even pre-Covid), meaning you will be working from your home office, connecting with your client and team on a daily basis.To be successful in this type of environment, you will need to have the ability to communicate effectively (in English) with cross-functional teams, explain complex concepts in easy, understandable terms, align HR / business knowledge with Workday functionality, and proactively drive process improvements.
You will need to be comfortable with video calls and be proactive in keeping communication channels open with your client and team.Must have Skills RequiredMin of 5+ years of Workday Integrations experience.5 years of combined experience developing and delivering technical solutions in a corporate environment.
5+ years of experience in the application of modern integration technologies (EDI, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net, middleware); Experience leading Integration design, and Process alignment Experience in designer and developer related roles with demonstrated ability to deliver coded integration work to a production environment; Detailed understanding of ERP System concepts and general module functionality; Proven Experience with Excel, Visio, MS Project (or equivalent) and PowerPoint; Proven ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams including business users and other technology teams; Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment;Other Qualifications/Skills that will be beneficial but not mandatory College or University Degree in HR or Information SystemsWorkday Integration Certification is a plusIdeally have Workday Extend experienceCertifications in related technologies or project management (e.g., PMP, Agile) are advantageous.
Experience with any of the following: Java, JavaScript, .NET, XSLT, NetBeans IDE development backgroundAs this is a remote role, you can be based anywhere in the EU or UK region, so long as you are authorised to work without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
