The company is seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join their friendly, award-winning team as a Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator.
Main duties of the job The Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator will be responsible for providing a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate the residents' physical, psychological, and social well-being, while promoting the philosophy of privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights, and fulfilment for all residents.
Key responsibilities include identifying residents' life histories and preferences, planning and submitting monthly activity and wellbeing plans, arranging events and outings, and maintaining a safe, positive, and professional environment.

Arranging activities, events, and outings, encouraging the involvement of staff, relatives, and visitors.
