About the Role (Developer) We are hiring to replace a recently departed member of staff.
As part of a small team, you'll have the opportunity to make meaningful contributions at every stage of development, from concept to deployment.

Our Tech Stack Here's what we're working with and how much time we spend on each:
AWS (20%) – Predicted to grow, particularly with NPM-based AWS Lambdas using CDK.
PHP / Laravel (35%) ElasticSearch (10%) JavaScript (20%) HTML & CSS (5%) We're also currently working with our clients to explore meaningful possibilities with AI.
Eg using it for more than summarising and generating garbage.

Our Clients We have two clients that keep us particularly busy.
One in the social care, one in the self storage sector.
These are long term relationships built on trust, where we hold a lot of responsibility and have a lot of space to come up with new and innovative ideas for them.
We also have a handful of other smaller clients that we work with on a consultative basis.

We are also building out our own SaaS product, and hope to increase velocity on this project in the coming year.

What We Offer Salary: £27,000 - £35,000 DOE Holidays: 30 days + bank holidays Flexible Working: Hybrid and flexible hours available.

What We're Looking For We are considering candidates from diverse backgrounds and skill levels:
£27k: Entry-level developer with foundational skills; training and support provided.
£30-32k: 1-2 years of experience as a developer; some guidance required.
£35k: Experienced developer ready to hit the ground running.
We will consider various working arrangements.
But would have a preference to an individual who could work in office for at least part of every week.
