You will receive, log and process Wayleave applications and progress and negotiate within governance guidelines through to completion.
As well as bespoke Wayleave Agreements that come back into the team.You will provide support and guidance to our Consent Co-ordinators about non-standard changes to Wayleave terms and conditions.
You will take lead on projects with customers, overseeing and negotiating bespoke consent letters or agreements for general use.You will issue packs to relevant Grantors in respect to new customer consents and Wayleaves.You will ensure all orders are updated regularly to ensure the customer and wider business are up to date.Who you are You will have experience and knowledge of agreements and landlords consents in a telecommunications environment.
You will have knowledge of the Communications Act 2003.You will have a familiarity with Wayleave documents and legal terminology typically used.
You will be proficient with MS Office and be able to communicate clearly.
