As a Warehouse Team Leader based in Melmerby you'll be responsible for:   Leading, motivating and developing a team of up to 12 colleagues maintaining clean and safe working conditions in this dual role.
Ensuring goods in/out and are dealt with safely, accurately, and efficiently along with managing all escalations.
Meeting and exceeding Key Performance Indicators and promoting a continuous improvement culture.
This is a full-time, permanent role working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday between 6pm – 2am.
And here's what we'd like you to have:   Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor, managing a team in a warehouse or logistic environment would be ideal.
Experience in Manual Handling Equipment and working to KPIs/SLAs desirable Excellent communication skills  We look forward to receiving your application!
