In this role, you will join a pioneering team dedicated to advancing Moderna's mRNA platform as part of our supply chain operations in Harwell. As a Warehouse Specialist, you will be integral to ensuring a seamless flow of production materials, supporting our manufacturing teams, and optimizing the efficiency of our warehouse processes. This site-based role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to uphold Moderna's high standards of safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
Here's What You'll Do
Your key responsibilities will be:
Independently coordinating deliveries to internal customers and completing daily SAP transactions.
Conducting daily cycle counts and overseeing the cleaning processes for materials entering manufacturing suites.
Managing the segregation of expired materials and keeping accurate, up-to-date inventory records in SAP.
Executing all aspects of warehouse operations to support manufacturing needs and ensuring smooth, efficient functionality.
Your responsibilities will also include:
Leading initiatives to improve warehouse operations with a focus on safety, compliance, and efficiency.
Collaborating closely with the warehouse operations lead and the global supply chain team to contribute to Moderna's overall supply chain effectiveness.
Taking on additional duties as assigned, supporting the team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Here's What You'll Need (BasicQualifications)
High School diploma, with at least 2 years of experience in Warehouse Operations and Shipping; BS/BA Degree preferred.
This position is site-based, requiring you to be at Moderna's site full-time. This position is not eligible for remote work.
Here's What You'll Bring to the Table (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a highly regulated industry, Pharmaceutical, or related field.
Ability to lift and move products.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office (SAP, Smartsheet, Microsoft Word, and Excel).
Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) in English and French.
Collaborative, and customer-focused attitude.
