We're looking for a Warehouse Operative who will take responsibility for managing the Inbound and Outbound Operation processes and systems that keep our supply chain flowing effectively and efficiently.
What You'll Do Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security (for example, setting up housekeeping standards in the office and warehouse areas, ensure that the standards are met) Control the stock of shipping supplies Processing orders and planning the dispatching of goods ensuring that the processes are completed as per the agreed KPI's Maintain Warehouse admin function (Protean, Excel, Dispatcher, DPD, Outlook) Ensure that weekly audit of dispatch areas is completed Liaise with Bybox Team, Engineers and transport companies when required Make sure inventories are accurate Maintain 'no goods on the floor' policy Maintain a daily stock check About You Knowledge of Lean principles NVQ level 2 Warehousing A bit about the role: Location – Hitchin, Herts
Hours – 37.5 hours per week, but flexibility will be required to meet the demands of the role.
