Site address and details DHL The Range , Nimbus Park, Paddock Ln DN8 4HT Thorne, Doncaster Role of Warehouse Coordinator Team Management in Ecommerce Direct the daily activity to ensure a safe, secure, clean and fair work environment for team members Facilitate effective communication and relationships both inter shift and other departmental functions Assist FLM's in managing all disciplinary and grievance issues (complaints) in line with HR policy Assist FLM's in the completion of accident investigations Ensure effective control of MHE usage to ensure minimal damage providing evidence of spot checks Ensure compliance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) in ecommerce Ensure company policies are communicated, applied and enforced Support FLMs in delivering improved productivity levels using coaching and mentoring skills ensuring individuals are aware of their responsibilities and fulfil them Work in collaboration with other sites to maximise efficiency and best practice Any other reasonable request within the scope of the position with a flexibility to work any shift requirements across a 24/7 operation Personal hygiene and appearance to be maintained at a professional and acceptable standard at all times Manage and adjust staffing levels to meet operational requirements Deliver team member performance reviews, development and/or succession planning as appropriate Key skills and experience in this role will include: 3+ years experience of warehousing / Logistics Good analytical and numerical skills Excellent interpersonal leadership, motivation and planning skills Excellent communicator (verbal / written) High School / secondary education - Essential University degree or equivalent - Desirable Previous managerial experience- Essential Working Hours and Shift Patterns of Warehouse Operative Tuesday to Saturday, 06:00 - 14:00, working a total of 40 hours every week Sunday to Thursday, 06:00 - 14:00, working a total of 40 hours every week Pay Rates of Warehouse Operative £11.53 Days & Afters, £14.42 overtime hours Paid Weekly Benefits of Warehouse Operative Clean working environment Long term work with genuine permanent opportunities Excellent overtime opportunities Large international client Free car parking On-site canteen Friendly working environment Easy accessible site location 29 Holidays per year Weekly Pay Pension Scheme Employed Status Personal Accident Insurance Apply now to secure your place on our next induction.
