We're looking for a VP of Product Marketing to lead the strategic direction and execution of our product marketing efforts. This pivotal role will drive product positioning, go-to-market strategy, and customer engagement, directly contributing to revenue growth and product adoption. You'll be leading a talented team of product marketers to shape Dext's market presence, collaborating across functions to launch and promote products that resonate with our target audience. The role: What you will do As VP of Product Marketing at Dext, you'll drive our product strategy, positioning, and market impact. Reporting to the CMO, you'll shape and execute marketing strategies to boost product adoption, revenue growth, and customer retention.
Leading a skilled product marketing team, you'll develop compelling messaging, drive go-to-market plans, and work closely across teams to ensure seamless alignment with product, sales, and marketing. Your role will be essential in conducting market research, analyzing trends, and using insights to keep Dext products customer-focused and market-leading.
Key responsibilities: Strategic Product Marketing: Lead strategies that increase adoption, growth, and market share. Team Leadership: Mentor a talented team to ensure alignment and excellence. Market Insights: Use research to shape messaging and keep Dext ahead of trends. Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate across teams to support unified initiatives. Go-to-Market Strategy: Plan and execute high-impact product launches. Content & Messaging: Craft impactful messaging and enablement materials that resonate with customers. Performance Tracking: Measure effectiveness and drive ongoing improvements. Be a key player in defining Dext's success by creating and leading product marketing that moves the needle!
Requirements A minimum of 10 years in product marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role Proven success in driving revenue and customer growth through effective product marketing Experience in B2B software or technology sectors Solid understanding of product lifecycle management and development processes Strong background in market research and competitive analysis Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities What you'll be part of - our values, culture, and behaviours:We are a fast-paced, ambitious FinTech organisation backed by Private Equity (HgCapital).
