What they need – Someone to support the shoot & post edit of videographic concepts for the brand, working with the creative & growth teams to deliver engaging paid social content A video editor who has a track record of working closely with performance marketing teams to create engaging campaigns that drive brand engagement Someone who understands what formats work on each social platform and can adapt video content accordingly A highly creative video specialist who can work alongside the wider marketing team to plan visual content for the website and marketing channels Someone who is as capable shooting ideas on the fly and creating content as they are editing for online advertising and the website What you're great at – Adapting to different briefs and locations, supporting studio shoots or splicing together footage from a location shoot Creating video content for another D2C retailer (understanding what works across paid channels to drive footfall to the website and ultimately sales/brand engagement) Working at pace, taking ideas through from concept to delivery and no stranger to finding innovative ways to realise content when budgets are tight Using your in-depth knowledge of social media channels to deliver video content that drives maximum engagement from both new and existing customers A natural born storyteller, you know how to translate ideas and concepts from raw footage and create video content that drives brand continuity and engagement Refining content through expert post-production, ensuring the final edit works for its intended channel (website, social channels etc) What you'll get – Holiday allowance Office based 3 days p/w with WFH 2 day p/w Option to work abroad/remotely intermittently Discount Pension
