As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for contacting warm leads from elite professionals interested in relocating to the GCC region for senior-level opportunities.
Our agency connects top-tier talent from Germany, Switzerland, the UK, and the US with prestigious GCC companies, focusing on white-collar roles in Engineering, Medicine, Architecture, Construction Management, Marketing, Finance, and C-level executive positions.

Key Responsibilities : Contact warm leads of high-caliber professionals interested in relocating and securing roles in the GCC region.
Present and promote MK Careers' exclusive recruitment services, showcasing our proven success in matching candidates with elite opportunities.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates, understanding their career goals and aligning them with suitable positions.
Educate candidates on the benefits and specifics of relocating to the GCC region, including the professional and cultural advantages.
Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure seamless candidate onboarding and positioning for roles with client companies.
Track, analyze, and report sales metrics, focusing on lead conversion and relationship-building success.
Qualifications : Proven experience in sales, recruitment, or customer relations, preferably with a background in high-level talent acquisition or relocation services.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
Familiarity with the GCC market, including professional standards and cultural aspects, is a plus.
Ability to work independently and strategically manage your pipeline of leads.
