Vehicle Damage Estimator

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a modern and clean accident repair centre, for an experienced Vehicle Damage Estimator .
This role offers a competitive base salary of £40,000, with the potential to earn an additional £6,000 in bonuses, bringing the total OTE to £46,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities of the Vehicle Damage Estimator: Utilise your technical skills and knowledge in body and paint repair within the accident repair industry.
Accurately prepare repair estimates as a Vehicle Damage Estimator .
Apply your expertise with estimating systems such as Audatex and Glassmatix.
Demonstrate strong negotiation skills in dealings with clients, suppliers, and insurance companies.
Perform effectively under pressure and collaborate as part of a team in your role as a VDA .
Preferred Skills and Experience: Estimating experience within the accident repair industry.
ATA accreditation (preferred but not essential).
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Salary & Benefits: Competitive hourly rate: £17.00 per hour, with an OTE of £46,000.
Bonus potential: Up to £500 per month.
