A great opportunity exists for an experienced commercial or mixed-use property valuer, looking for a position with the potential to progress.
You will be based in our new City offices on Cannon Street.
You will be working within the wider mixed-use team and assisting with the overall growth of the valuation business.
The role will predominantly involve providing advice over a wide variety of investment/owner occupied property classes, acting for a range of clients including banks, public sector, property companies and corporates as well as providing consultancy advice.
This will include undertaking valuations for financial accounting purposes, loan security valuations, purchase advisory, tax and other ad hoc valuations (often for strategic advice) as well as viability advice in the development arena.

Key deliverables Demonstrable depth of experience in undertaking commercial valuation work across the UK Proven record in valuation of a wide range of commercial property in a number of sectors Experience of direct reporting to clients with good client satisfaction results Good working knowledge of principal valuation software packages (eg.
Argus Enterprise, Argus Developer and Capitalisation, and KEL Sigma & Developer) Experience of enhancing business performance through use of technology (PropTech), smart working processes, and developing new business initiatives that have led to growth and profitability Capable of applying current market insight and knowledge to valuation modelling, including a 'stand back and look' approach based on high quality analysis of supportable market data  Fully conversant with up-to-date RICS Valuation - Professional Standards and financial reporting standards for UK GAAP and IFRS for valuations Highest standard of quality control and self-review ability is essential prior to peer review Working collaboratively with other teams across the wider business   Our experienced team will provide you with a well-established platform from which to grow your own professional network, technical expertise, market knowledge and career with each day bringing interesting challenges, whilst working in a friendly and welcoming environment.  We strongly believe in the team ethos which exists in the Valuation Team.
