As a Designer, you will collaborate closely with our Design Manager and broader team to shape the visual identity of our products and deliver intuitive, user-focused experiences.
You will be involved in all aspects of the design process, from conducting user research to creating wireframes and visual designs, ensuring the final product meets both user needs and business objectives.

Responsibilities: User Research & Testing: Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and observations to understand user needs.
Perform usability testing, iterate on designs based on feedback, and analyze insights to enhance the overall user experience.
Design & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that align with user needs and business objectives.
Ensure designs are accessible, adhere to brand guidelines, and follow industry best practices.
Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with product teams to define requirements and address challenges.
Manage your own tasks while working closely with design team members to keep projects on track.
Communicate design choices clearly and engage with clients for their feedback.
Trend Tracking & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Integrate new techniques to keep your designs fresh and innovative while continuously seeking opportunities to improve design processes.
Design Systems & Standards: Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems for consistency across platforms.
Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards and adhere to UX/UI best practices.
Leverage design systems and brand guidelines to maintain quality in your work.
Collaboration in Development: Partner with engineers to ensure design implementation aligns with the original vision, and collaborate with project managers to synchronize timelines and deliverables.
Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer within a corporate environment (this is not a freelance position) Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in UX/UI design, storytelling, and presentation skills Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other industry-standard software In-depth knowledge of UX/UI design principles and best practices Proven experience in conducting user research, running usability tests, and iterating designs based on feedback Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams Demonstrated ability to stay updated with current design trends and emerging tools Commitment to creating accessible and inclusive design solutions
