We are seeking an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our in-house Clinical Team at Options Barton School in North Lincolnshire.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans for the people we support.
You will work closely with our knowledgeable Clinical Team to contribute to staff training and consultation, ensuring that all individuals receive high-quality care and support.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a resilient and enthusiastic individual with a creative therapeutic approach.
You will have the autonomy to implement your strategic vision for therapies, driving positive outcomes for our service users.
In addition to a competitive salary up to £53,200 dependent on experience, you will also receive a £3000 Welcome Bonus and £3000 Relocation package.

To be successful in this role, you will require a BSc in Speech and Language Therapy, registration with the HCPC and RCSLT, and experience of working in multi-disciplinary teams.
You will also need to demonstrate expertise in working with children, young people, and adults who have intellectual disabilities and/or autism with additional needs.
