You'll deliver engaging and impactful training sessions, focusing on the HNC Level 4 & Level 3 Construction qualification.
Key Responsibilities Deliver dynamic, interactive training that keeps apprentices engaged and inspired.
Teach the fundamentals of construction, including principles, techniques, regulations, and industry best practices.
Adapt lesson plans and materials to meet the needs of individual learners.
Use innovative teaching methods—lectures, hands-on activities, and demonstrations—to suit all learning styles.
What We're Looking For Experience: Either in teaching/training or extensive industry expertise with a background in mentoring or coaching.
Passion: A genuine desire to help others succeed in their construction careers.
Skills: Patience, empathy, and excellent communication to inspire and motivate students.
