You will lead a team of 3 Treasury professionals focusing on 1st line liquidity and wholesale credit risk management.

Role Description Responsible for integrated Treasury reporting across the Group, working closely with the IRRBB team Responsible for overseeing the collation and reconciliation of all Treasury data, to provide MI for reporting purposes to Treasury, GEC, ALCO, the Board, and the PRA Manage the bank's liquidity risk through regular and accurate cashflow and liquidity reporting Suggest strategies to optimise the banks liquid asset portfolio Draft the bank's ILAAP alongside the Head of BSM and contribute to the Recovery Plan Manage the bank's banking counterparties and wholesale credit risk exposures Ownership of the bank's Funds Transfer Pricing Policy and methodology To help manage the Bank's Treasury systems, ALMIS and ensure smooth implementation of future systems Effective management of drawings and underlying collateral pools at the Bank of England Projects and ad-hoc analysis for GEC, ALCO, BRC and Board Role Requirements Experience in a Treasury Banking environment All round Treasury product knowledge A good understanding of the PRA regulatory landscape and the ILAAP Preferably a degree holder in a relevant discipline Relevant professional qualification obtained or underway such as CertBALM, AMCT, ACA, ACCA, CFA, or CIMA preferred Experience of managing or mentoring others Exceptional attention to detail, rigour, and accuracy Proficient using Microsoft Office tools Excellent analytical abilities, including experience using ALM systems (e.g.
QRM, Focus, ALMIS etc) Experience of interest rate risk management is highly desirable but not essential
