Well at Movianto we are seeking a Regional Transport Training Specialist.
Your regions will be Lutterworth, Daventry, Kidderminster, Avonmouth, Haydock and Tamworth.. You'll be working 37.5hrs a week, Monday to Friday and will be paid £35,000 per annum plus car allowance Benefits This roles comes with a car allowance.
There is no weekend or bank holiday working.

Purpose of the role To ensure all new starters into driving positions (Van, Class1, Class 2) positions are inducted, upskilled and trained to effectively perform driving duties.
To ensure compliance is maintained and training can be easily audited, reported and evaluated.
Key Responsibilities Training on topics including: CPC, safe driving, economical driving, Manual handling, SOPs/WIs, soft skills.
Deliver classroom training.
Attend each site in the region a minimum of once per calendar month.
Flex working hours across transport shift patterns as required to fulfil business requirements.
chedule and co-ordinate the training required within your designated region, managing your own diary to ensure the needs of the business are met.
Create and maintain digital learning content such as e-learning and videos.
Maintain digital records of training delivered and completed.
Support DCM/DCS with on-site inductions and role specific training.
Deliver practical training sessions on vehicle operation.
Assess employee competence of driving all classes of company vehicles.
On-the-job support and coaching of transport colleagues.
Periodic review and update of training materials, ensuring compliance with regulations, policies and best practice.
Reporting and management of KPIs.
Evaluation of learning and ROI.
Conduct TNAs.
Create ad hoc training as required.
Take responsibility for your own continued development and work with teammates to share knowledge and best practice.
Attend team meetings and consult with other regional training specialists to ensure consistency of training across the business.
Technical and Behavioral Skills Achieve and maintain certification and, where applicable, professional membership of required bodies, including qualifications in Manual Handling TTT, CPC instructor, driver training, Driver Assessor, Cat C+E licence holder, L3 AET or equivalent Operational competence on van, (Category C and C+E would be an advantage) Customer/stakeholder focused approach Engaging presentation/delivery style Able to challenge, and open to being challenged Creative and inquisitive nature Good visual design skills Excellent communicator, able to engage and inspire at all levels Proficient IT user, particularly Microsoft office programs Good team working skills Good organisational and prioritisation skills Precision and accuracy, respects guidelines and best practices Continuous Improvement: Identifies and takes opportunity to improve the quality of their work everyday Personal Accountability: Takes personal responsibility for delivering high quality of work Quality Mindset: Demonstrates a right first time attitude Respect and Courtesy: Demonstrates respect and is courteous to all teammates, and external stakeholders Positive Self-Image: Demonstrate honesty, credibility and is punctual and present Positive Attitude: Displays positivity and a can-do attitude Active participation: Positively engages with activities across the business to make Movianto a better place to work Understanding Customer Needs: Demonstrates an awareness of the importance of customer satisfaction and shows interest in customer needs Idea Generation: Able to contribute constructive ideas during brainstorming sessions and team discussions Adaptability: Willingness to try new approaches and adapt to changes, providing constructive feedback REF-218 181 JBRP1_UKTJ
