They are looking for a proactive Logistics Transport Planner to join their Head Office in Houston, Renfrewshire.
About the Role: This permanent, full-time position is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Initially working Monday to Friday, you will be an integral part of the Operations team, managing logistics to ensure smooth material movements and effective job planning.
Key Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate transport jobs with precision.
Prepare detailed job packs and ensure compliance with VOSA and Working Time Regulations.
Process, check, and file all company and client paperwork accurately.
Analyse driver information and assist in the completion of invoicing processes.
About You: To excel in this role, you will need: Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and relevant logistics software (FTA Gateway / Vision, Tachomaster).
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Enthusiasm to learn and the initiative to work independently.
Clear and professional communication skills to liaise across all levels of the business.
Additional Information: Due to limited public transport options, applicants are advised to have their own transport.
