You won't be on the production line making the chocolate, but you'll be integral in supporting the supply chain so their products can become a reality.
You'll be responsible for ensuring the end product reaches the customer on time and in full, by coordinating external transport resources and liaising with other internal supply chain, Operational and Customer Care functions.
You'll provide the most efficient solution to problems such customer order changes, customer/in house line delays and organize implementation of the final decision after consultation with the relevant departments while working within the framework agreed with customers.
We are essentially looking for an excellent administrator and communicator with professional resilience.
There are some desirable requirements for this position that would be an added bonus, so please read on.
You will have previous experience in a transport/replenishment role, ideally in the FMCG sector.
If you have relevant qualification in a logistics/planning discipline, this would be extremely beneficial.
You will have worked with SAP before, as this is one of the main pieces of software used.
You'll also be proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
Salary wise it is on at approximately £32,000 per annum.
Although this will primarily be a site based role, there will be some scope for a hybrid working model.
