Transport Planner

TLP Recruitment is working on behalf of one of the fastest-growing transport companies in Kent, who are currently looking for a transport planner to join the team at their head office based on the Isle of Grain in Hoo.
This position is open to applicants of all experience levels, if you have not worked directly as a transport planner, but feel you have the necessary skills and personality to thrive in this role, you are welcome to apply.
Salary: £32,000 starting salary Shift pattern: Mon-Fri 7 AM - 5 PM This is a full-time position employed directly by the client, previous experience working in the logistics industry is beneficial but not essential.
Due to the nature of this role, being proficient with technology is a must.
Any previous knowledge of DVSA, WTD and all other relevant UK legislation is recommended.
Previous experience using the TOPS system is also highly beneficial.
