We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Transport Logistics Co-ordinator to join our fast-paced transport team.
In this role, you will coordinate all transport activities across the UK and Ireland, working closely with hauliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and route planning operations.Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the daily transport activities and manage delivery times and routes throughout the UK and Ireland.Work with various departments such as Repack, Trading & Export, and Grenade customers to ensure all transport requests are handled efficiently.Liaise with hauliers, drivers, and customers, managing bookings, deliveries, and collection schedules.Verify haulier invoices and resolve discrepancies to maintain accurate records.Support the wider Customer Service team and other departments with logistics queries and operations.Ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practice for medicinal products and company standards.
Key Skills & Experience: Previous experience in a logistics or transport coordination role is preferred, especially within an FMCG environment.Excellent geographical knowledge of the UK and Ireland.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.Proficient in Microsoft Office, with excellent communication skills both verbal and written.Customer-focused, with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
