As trainer, your role within the team is multi-faceted and your ability to multi – task will be key.
Every day will be different and every venue you support will need something different.
From onsite delivery to Distance learning delivery.
You will cover skill based training and general onboarding.
Our training team must have a variety of skills, patience, empathy and time management are just a few.
You will possess sound judgement and communication aptitude.
You must be confident trainer with experience to back this up.
You must also have strong ethics and a collaborative spirit.

Key Responsibilities Deliver training to our workforce both in person and online, following the templates and guidelines we have.
To help with the delivery of training requirements in line with the venue's / Region's requirements.
Assess, onboard and train candidates using the dedicated systems provided as required.
Supporting at workforce check ins and check outs as agreed, and co ordinating training feedback as required, analysing on site where we can improve and develop.
Evaluate CV's and applications when needed.
Play an active part in developing new training sessions and working collaboratively to deliver new solutions.
Also, in spotting future talent and helping the operations to improve.
For this role we are looking for someone who: Can manage multiple training and onboarding sessions weekly Is confident and happy delivering training virtually Is organised and can prioritise effectives Is experience in working with a learning management system Is enthusiastic about hospitality and catering, with experience ideally gained in this sector This role is a 5 out of 7 day working week.
It will regularly involve weekend working and some bank holidays, due to the nature of our business.
Due to the venues location, you will ideally be based in Birmingham.
