Trainee Farm and Livestock Technician 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year £23,630 - £25,656 per annum We are seeking to recruit a motivated and conscientious individual with a keen interest in agriculture, looking for that first step into the industry, to join the Colleges Farm and Estate team as a Trainee Farm and Livestock Technician.
You will be looking to establish a career in the agricultural industry and will be willing to undertake a Level 3 course starting in September 2025.
This is a great opportunity for an individual to join a progressive team applying modern production practices in the management of the farm and estate operations.
The successful individual must have the willingness to learn and develop their skills to support the College Farm and their own personal development, with the support of the Head of Easton Estate.
You must be able to demonstrate the essential qualities required for the role such as an enthusiastic attitude, problem solver and logical approach to challenges which when combined with high expectations for safety, cleanliness and presentation will support the team in achieving the standards we expect.
