Trainee Estate Agent Grays, Essex £16,000 - £18,000 basic salary depending on experience £40,000 OTE Monday - Friday, every Saturday with a day off in lieu, Saturday working will decrease A successful Estate Agency business with a track record in taking on trainees to work to the best of their abilities is offering the chance to join them and become the next big thing.
The ideal candidate will have customer service experience, sales or other customer facing roles, (ideally 6 months estate agency experience but not essential) they will also need to be keen and hungry to learn as well as passionate on getting into a career!
If you are eager to learn and are enthusiastic about your success, then experience is not essential.

The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, agree lettings & progress though to completion.
You will be provided full training and support.
