We seek candidates for the following position: Trip Leader Training Manager for a quality driven company with fluent English and based in Glasgow Job Description Hiring and training Trip Leaders to deliver in-depth tours of Great Britain Coaching trip leaders in tour quality and exceeding traveller expectations Carrying out Trip Leader performance management to ensure they meet the company's guidelines to achieve excellence goals Creating and scheduling a strong high performing Trip Leaders team that exemplify the company's culture and values and team spirit Managing relationships with Trip Leaders and vendors Evaluating and acting on quality issues from traveller and Trip Leader feedback Supporting trip delivery and development Reporting out to head office on KPIs Ability to work on the road and where necessary travel with Trip Leaders and groups in a training/coaching role Effectively interacting with travelers on site to support Trip Leaders and obtain live feedback from travelers Ability to drive performance in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure 24/7 Emergency support and driving resolutions of operations/customer issues (approx.
