Job Title: Tool Hire Supervisor Schedule: Monday - Friday, Days Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 About Us: We are a prominent Tool, Plant, and Powered Access hire company with a nationwide presence.
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Tool Hire Supervisor to oversee and enhance our operations.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily operations of the tool hire department, ensuring efficient processes and high standards of customer service.
Manage a team of hire controllers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.
Oversee equipment availability and maintain accurate records of tool status and maintenance.
Coordinate with engineering and transport teams to ensure timely delivery and collection of equipment.
Handle complex customer queries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Ideal Candidate Profile: Previous experience in a supervisory role within the tool, plant, or powered access hire industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with hire management software.
