The Role As a Project Manager at Tiger Eye, youll oversee the lifecycle of multiple projects, working closely with engineers, stakeholders, and the Senior Project Manager.
This role is ideal for a proactive individual with exceptional organisational skills and a passion for IT and software solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Manage customer projects from initiation to delivery, liaising with clients, internal teams, and third parties Define, monitor, and maintain project scope, timelines, risks, budgets, and benefits Deliver regular project updates to clients and stakeholders Organise and attend stakeholder meetings, capturing and actioning key requirements Create and manage detailed project plans with milestones and deliverables Oversee project budgets and report on risks and financial status Collaborate with technical teams to ensure project deadlines are met Work closely with the Head of Project Services and PMO team to improve processes and allocate resources Maintain project documentation and ensure consistent branding and quality in all client-facing materials Actively resolve project issues, adapting to internal and external challenges Benefits At Tiger Eye, we value our employees and offer: A competitive salary of circa £40,000 per annum A hybrid working model with 2 office days in Norwich per week A supportive team environment focused on professional growth Opportunities for process improvement and skills development The Ideal Candidate Were seeking a driven and adaptable individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
