Therapy Team Lead Position In North Lincolnshire

About the Role We are seeking a skilled Lead Clinician to join our team at Options Barton School, located in North Lincolnshire.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Clinical Team and holding a therapy caseload.
The role involves working collaboratively with the Senior Leadership team and Locality Clinical Lead to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for students with complex needs.
The ideal candidate will have a recognized degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Psychotherapy, or registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC.
They must also have valid professional registration and membership of a professional body, such as the HCPC, RCOT, or RCSLT.
A proven track record of experience within the specialist client group, particularly working with autistic individuals and those with complex needs, is essential.
The successful candidate will be able to write clear and concise reports related to clinical and research activities.
They must also have experience in providing supervision and supporting a therapy team.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will be able to work independently and have the ability to manage their own workload and supervise others.

About the Benefits We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
