About the RoleOutcomes First Group, a leading provider of high-quality education and special needs education and care, is seeking an experienced Practitioner Psychologist to join its clinical team.
This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to bespoke assessment and intervention plans for adults with complex needs.The successful candidate will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and an Assistant Psychologist, to facilitate effective collaboration and achieve optimal clinical outcomes.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive assessment and intervention plans for adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism.Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless service delivery and maximize clinical outcomes.Maintain accurate records and data, analyzing trends to inform service development and improvement.Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure quality assurance and clinical governance.This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team that prioritizes the well-being and empowerment of the individuals it supports.
