We are looking for a Tenancy Sustainment & Lettings Team Lead to join a Housing Association based in Gloucester on a 12 month FTC .
Job Title: Tenancy Sustainment & Lettings Team Lead Salary: £38,000 Location: Gloucester Tenancy Sustainment & Lettings Team Lead responsibilities: Line manager responsibilities for a team of 5 Tenancy Sustainment Advisors and 3 Letting agents A sound knowledge and understanding of managing teams Effective people and workload management strong understanding of data and performance reporting and analysis Tenancy Sustainment & Lettings Team Lead requirements: Proven experience of successfully leading, motivating and developing successful teams Desirable experience of the Social Housing Sector and delivery of core housing management services together with a focus on continuous service improvement Experience of using insight reports and/or interrogate systems to understand data and insight, and develop corresponding service improvement plans Experience of dealing with customers sensitively in challenging situations Tenancy Sustainment & Lettings Team Lead benefits: Hybrid working Working form home allowance £26 per month Generous pension scheme If this is something of interest please apply bellow or email me on alternatively call me on 07488 866705.
