Temporary Finance Administrator

I'm currently partnered with a fantastic well known Scottish charity to appoint a Finance Administrator initially for 2 months.
The individual will be supporting the finance team with processing donations and general administration.
This could be a great opportunity for a hard working student looking to get experience in a finance.
Responsibilities Taking donations over the phone, adding to the system, sending acknowledgement letters Setting up direct debits and allocating payments Income processing and allocating, updating bank statements daily Downloading financial reports, tidying them up and uploading to the system Signposting queries to the correct individuals Ad-hoc administration Requirements You must be a hardworking, reliable individual Good knowledge of Excel Administration experience would be beneficial The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training .
