We are currently seeking a Temporary School Administrator to join a primary school in the TR2 area of Cornwall.

Job Description: We are looking for a Temporary School Administrator to provide essential administrative support to the school office.
Key responsibilities include: Reception Duties: Greeting visitors, answering tele calls, and managing email communications.
Administrative Support: Assisting with paperwork, filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate school records.
Communication: Liaising with parents, staff, and external agencies professionally and effectively.
Attendance Management: Recording and monitoring student attendance and absences.
General Office Duties: Providing support to the Headteacher and school staff with various administrative tasks as needed.
Key Requirements: Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a school environment.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational Ability: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with school management software (e.g., SIMS).
Team Player: Friendly, approachable, and able to work well within a team.
DBS Check: A valid Enhanced DBS check is required or the willingness to obtain one.
